The first major and destructive battle is known as the battle of Bull Run, the battle tacking place in Prince William County Virginia. Other then Bull Run it is also known as the battle of first Manassas.
 In The Blue and The Gray, Bull Run was one of the first battles we saw in the movie, and it was one of the most dramatic, with the old woman dying in her lawn.
